Trust & Security

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Swiftbuild serves jurisdictions that handle public records, sensitive applicant data, and time-critical workflows. Our platform and practices meet the security, accessibility, and AI governance standards that public sector work requires.

Built for government

Designed from day one for the security, accessibility, and compliance requirements of public sector work.

  • Encryption everywhere

TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest. Customer data is logically isolated by jurisdiction.

  • Identity and access

SSO via OAuth and OIDC, with SAML 2.0 available for enterprise customers. Role-based access control, MFA, and audit logs of administrative and review actions.

  • Resilient infrastructure

Hosted on a major US cloud platform with redundant availability zones, automated daily backups, and documented disaster recovery procedures. Our infrastructure provider maintains SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP authorizations.

  • Responsible AI

Every AI recommendation cites the specific code provision it references. Final decisions rest with licensed human reviewers. We do not train AI models on customer data. Your jurisdiction's records, applicant data, and review history remain yours.

  • Responsible disclosure

Security researchers can report vulnerabilities to info@swiftbuild.ai. We respond within two business days and follow a coordinated disclosure process.

Standards and certifications

We hold our work to recognized public-sector standards for security, accessibility, and responsible AI.
