Sabrina is a technology entrepreneur and inventor bringing AI into government practice.
Her background spans local government planning, applied research, and technology implementation. She has worked on AI-assisted land development review since 2021 and is a named inventor on U.S. patents relating to automated land development review and accessibility mapping.
She holds a B.S. in Sustainability and the Built Environment from the University of Florida’s College of Design, Construction and Planning.
Sabrina speaks at government and industry conferences on AI adoption and the modernization of public services.
